Dispatch

Ready pieces are dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 2-4 weeks; we confirm the timeline in writing before you pay.

Delivery estimates

India: 2-4 working days. United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Europe: 7-14 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with tracked services such as India Post, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail and Australia Post. Once your parcel is collected we add the carrier and tracking number to your order, visible in your account and on the tracking page.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for seven days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.
